My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box had a few dents and the tape was already coming loose, so I was a bit worried when I opened it. Thankfully, nothing inside was damaged. For the price, I’d expect sturdier packaging.

"Decent prices, but I’d still shop around"
I thought Carterbay was okay overall. Some of the prices seemed reasonable, so I’m not saying it was a bad experience or anything. I just noticed a few items that felt a little overpriced for what they were, and I’d rather be sure I’m getting good value before buying. Maybe I’m a bit picky about that, but I don’t think it hurts to compare with a couple other sites first. If you catch a good deal, it’s probably worth it

"Exhausting to get it sorted"
I had a problem with my order it took way longer than it should have to get a clear answer. I ended up having to chase them a few times, and by the end I was just tired of explaining the same thing over and over. It really felt like nobody had properly looked into the details at first.
They did eventually fix the issue, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process was more stressful than it needed to be. I’m worn out from the back-and-forth, and I’m not sure I’d want to deal with them again

I messaged them twice and somehow still didn’t get a proper answer. Like, how hard is it to just respond with something useful? Super frustrating when you’re trying to get help and all you get back is basically nothing.

"Tracking could actually be a bit clearer"
The order turned out fine in the end, but the tracking updates were actually a little confusing. I didn’t hear anything for a few days, so I kept checking on it myself. Customer support did get back to me, just not that quickly. Overall, not a bad experience, but the communication could definitely be smoother

"Took a little longer to show up"
It did arrive, just a bit later than I was expecting. Not a huge deal, I guess, I was just kind of checking the tracking every now and then and wondering if it got held up somewhere. Everything was fine once it got here, though.

"Really hard to find what I was looking for"
I had a tough time using the site. I went in just trying to find a couple of things I needed, and somehow I ended up clicking around with no luck. Maybe I missed something obvious, but the layout just didn’t make much sense to me. I even took a break to make coffee because I was getting annoyed, which probably says enough. By the time I came back, I still couldn’t find what I needed, so I gave up

"Good quality, but felt a bit brushed off"
My order arrived fine and the product itself feels really solid, better quality than I expected. I’m happy with what I got, but I did feel a little dismissed when I had a question about it, like I was being rushed along instead of actually helped. Still, the item is good and I’m glad I bought it.

I ordered from Carterbay, and overall the product was close to the description. The size and main details matched up fine, so nothing major to complain about there.
That said, the color looked a little different in person, and one small feature wasn’t explained super clearly, not a huge deal, just a bit average. I’d probably recommend double-checking everything before you buy.

"My delivery took way longer than expected"
I ordered from carterbay.com and, the delivery took way too long for me. I didn’t get many updates either, so I felt like I was just waiting around without knowing what was going on. The item itself was fine when it finally arrived, but the whole shipping experience was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d personally order from them again.

"I tried to return my order and..."
I tried to return my order and the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Replies from support were really slow, and when they finally got back to me, it felt like they were blaming me for the issue instead of helping. I had to keep following up just to get updates, and the refund took forever to come through. Definitely not a great experience.
